Each project can be structured as required with a set of defined Segmentation in which each project can have a set of blocks, zones, districts or buildings according to the defined segmentation of each Project.
Each unit will have a Category that reflects the Type where it belongs and the design of the Unit. Type i.e. Villa, Chalet, Apartment, I-Villa, etc. Each Type has multiple Categories upon which each Unit will be linked.
The Sales Manager will be able to assign the Units to Sales Agents. Each Agent will be assigned a set of Units that she/he can work with. No Sales Agent will be able to use a Unit in an opportunity unless it’s owned by them.
Each unit belongs to a price list, which sets the price of each Unit by stating the price per meter of each Specification and calculating the total price of the Unit.
The system will enable AL KIFAH HOLDING to define the sales team structure, sales branches and link sales team to each branch and handle the security matrix for each user using CRM with Easy way to relocate sales reps between branches and team.

The solution will enable sales representatives to see the master plan of the project, a color coding will be implemented to facilitate to sales team to spot available units. The Blue color will represent the buildings with Units Available for Sale, and the Red color will represent the Sold/Blocked buildings with no available Units.
The Master Plan is designed as a clickable screen to allow Salesperson to click on buildings to view more details on Units and click to open the Unit screen, in case the Customer wishes to book the Unit or view more information about Unit’s details.
